Issue notice to the respondents. Learned Addl. G. P. waives service of notice for both respondents.

The petitioner has applied before the respondent No. 2 for issuing the scheduled tribe certificate of Mannervarlu in the Central Government format on the basis of earlier tribe certificate dated 26th April, 2017.

Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that there are two formats, one is for State Government and another is for the Central Government. The petitioner requires

2 wp 13517.24 the scheduled tribe certificate in the Central Government format for admission on the basis of All India quota. 5.

The tribe certificate dated 26th April, 2017 of the petitioner appears not disputed. Hence, we allow this writ petition by directing the respondent No. 2 to issue tribe certificate to the petitioner of Mannervarlue (Scheduled Tribe) in Central Government format on the basis of earlier tribe certificate dated 26th April, 2017.
