Applicants seek permission to replace solvent surety/security. 2.

In pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, the applicants were permitted to withdraw the amount on condition of furnishing solvency. Accordingly, solvent surety/security was furnished and amount was withdrawn. Applicants desire to replace the solvent surety/security and for that purpose reliance is placed on the certificate issued by Tahsildar.
