1] Both the applications are filed for permission to deposit the amount of compensation as per direction of this Court.

2] Heard both the sides.

3] It appears that the conditional order was made for granting stay, but during the time fixed, the amount could not be deposited. The learned counsel for the acquiring body submits that he is now having the Demand Draft ready at his hand and he will deposit the same in the Court before 22.1.2016 and for that direction may be given to the office to accept the same.

4] In view of above, both the civil applications are allowed. Office to accept the Demand Drafts in both the matters.
