Khubalkar, J.) :- The petitioner's tribe claim for 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe is pending before respondent No.4 Scrutiny Committee for validation. The petitioner is in employment of respondent Nos.2 and 3/Zilla Parishad, which has issued the letter dated 04.12.2024 calling upon her to submit the validity certificate and on failure, an adverse action is contemplated. 2.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the Scrutiny Committee would decide the petitioner's proposal within 10 months.
