It is submitted that the proposal was forwarded by the Education Officer to the Director of Education (Primary) for including name of the petitioner on Shalant Pranali. The Director of Education (Primary) has not taken decision upon it as yet.

The Director of Education (Primary) shall take decision upon the proposal forwarded by the Education Officer (Primary) ( Exh.F page 21) within a period of three months from today. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
