Petitioner's proposal has been pending with the Scrutiny Committee for validation of the tribe claim.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the Committee would decide the proposal of the petitioner within 12 weeks.

We dispose of the petition directing the Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
