Mr.Kadam, learned counsel submits that present Review Application is filed only to the extent seeking apportionment of the amount of compensation. There may not be a cause for future dispute, as such the present Application is filed. 3.

The appeal was filed by the Insurance Company before this Court, challenging the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, granting compensation to the claimants. This Court has

dismissed the appeal. The question of apportionment was not an issue in appeal at all. The petitioner may as may be permissible approach the Tribunal in that regard.

The Review Application accordingly disposed of. 5.
