1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] The applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount together with interest subject to filing an undertaking that such withdrawal will abide by the final orders made in the First Appeal.

3] It is pertinent to mention that in this case, the appellant - respondent no.1 herein was granted stay to

CA 1184/18 in FA 1697/17 - 2 - the execution of the impugned judgment and award on the condition that it deposits only 50% of the awarded amount together with interest.

4] The civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
