Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the deserving pay-scale has not been granted to the petitioner like similarly situated employees.

We are considering the prayers in the contempt petition and therefore, it is not desirable to entertain the argument of the petitioner on merits in respect of challenge to the decision taken by the respondents.

In that view of the matter, the

65.16CP petitioner will be at liberty to file an appropriate petition so as to take exception to the decision taken by the respondents. We do not express any opinion in respect of the said contention.

Contempt petition stands disposed of.

Disposal of this contempt petition shall not be construed as an impediment for the Government to take decision on merits.
