This Court (Coram : T.V.Nalawade, J.) had allowed paper publication to serve the proposed LR's of respondent No.8. The applicant has got the notice published in the news paper daily 'Punyanagari' and copy of the publication is placed on record. None appears for the LR's of respondent No.8. The civil application is beyond limitation by 174 days.

Considering the above, this application is allowed only to the extent of bringing the LR's of deceased respondent No.8 on record in the light of the order dated 16/12/2016.

The said LR's of respondent No.8 shall be brought on record in khs/JAN.2018/16181-d

the writ petition on or before 12/02/2018, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the applicants thereafter would not be permitted to bring the said LR's on record w.e.f. 13/02/2018. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) khs/JAN.2018/16181-d
