It is submitted that the petitioner has moved the Deputy Director of Education with regard to the illegal appointments and illegal shifting of the school. The Education Officer has also forwarded proposal to the Deputy Director of Education with regard to the illegalities committed.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Deputy Director of Education would look into the matter and would take appropriate steps.

In case, the application/representation of the petitioner (page no.49) is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, the Deputy Director of Education shall consider the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months.
