Heard Mr A.M. Gaikwad, learned counsel for the applicants/acquiring body, Mr L.C. Patil, learned counsel for the original claimants and Mr A.B. Chate, learned AGP for the State.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the acquiring body has deposited entire decretal amount in this Court and complied with the interim stay order. As such, interim stay granted by this Court needs to be confirmed till final disposal of the appeals.

ORDER

(i) The applications for stay are hereby allowed.
