The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post has been approved, however, name of the petitioner is not included in Shalarth Pranali. The respondents shall take steps for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali as is permissible under law.

Considering the fact that, the appointment of the petitioner on aided post is approved, the necessary process shall be done within a period of four (04) months from today. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
