Applicant seeks withdrawal of amount of Rs. 92,03,549/- deposited by the respondent No. 3 - acquiring body on the ground of parity. For that purpose order passed on 11.08.2025 in First Appeal No. 397 of 2025 and other connected matters is placed on record.

The application is contested by the respondent - acquiring body. Applicant is entitled to receive the amount on the ground of parity.

The civil application is allowed partly permitting the applicant to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and further 25% of the amount deposited on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
