It appears that, the respondent No.3 forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the respondent No.2. The respondent No.2 has sent it back to the respondent No.3 for certain compliance/ compliances on 9.5.2017. By this time, the respondent No.3 might have sent the said representation with compliance back to the office of respondent No.2. In case till date the representation is not submitted with compliance/s as directed by the respondent No.2 to respondent No.3, we direct the respondent No.3 to submit the said representation to the respondent No.2 with the compliance/s

Writ Petition No.14258/2018 (( 2 )) indicated in the letter written by respondent No.2 to respondent No.3 on 9.5.2017 within two weeks. Upon receiving the said representation from respondent No.3, the respondent No.2 to take the decision on such representation as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks. Writ Petition stands disposed of. 2.

It will be open for the respondent No.2 to call the petitioner for hearing.
