Heard learned counsel for applicants-appellants. 2.

Perused the applications and other relevant documents. 3.

There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 03-07-2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omerga, District Osmanabad in Land Acquisition References No. 121 and 97 of 2013, on condition that applicants/appellants shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law. 4.
