PER COURT :

Heard the learned counsel for both the applicants. The applicant Ravikant was the employee of applicant Dadarao. It has been alleged against them that they run a brothel in the lodge. In the raid five women were found there. The applicants were charging commission to those women. The applicants are languishing in jail since 26.11.2022. The detail investigation appears to have been completed. In the raid itself, some incriminating articles have been seized. There are no criminal antecedents to the discredit of the applicants. Considering the completion of the material investigation, the Court is of the view that the applicants are entitled to bail. Hence the order :

ORDER

a) Both the applications are allowed.

b) Applicants -Ravikant Pandurang Raut, and Dadarao Pralhad Bansode, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety each, in the like amount, in C.R.No.350 of 2022, registered with Osmanabad City Police Station, Tq. and District Osmanabad, for the offence punishable

under Sections 370, 370A(2), read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, on conditions that they :- a) Shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses, b) Shall not contact with those women, who were alleged found in the lodge.

c) Shall attend the police station as and when called on written notice issued by the Investigating Officer, till filing of the chargesheet. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE mahajansb/
