Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This Application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed by order dated 30.04.2025 for non-removal of office objections. Now the applicant is ready to remove the office objections.

There is delay of 134 days caused in filing this Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the civil Application, delay stands condoned subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Creche/Day Care Centre, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of one week from today. 4.

If the office objections are removed and the cost is paid within one week from today, the Writ Peti10tion be restored to its original position. Petitioner is at liberty to circulate the petition thereafter. 5.
