The petitioner is challenging the order of transfer on the ground that the same is a mid-term transfer. Mr.Chate, learned Counsel appearing for Respondents No.2 and 3, submits that the transfer is on administrative grounds and because of administrative exigency transfer order is issued.

It is not disputed that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner was not relieved. The transfer appears to be a mid-term transfer. The petitioner is working as a Gram Sevak. No reasons are given for mid-term

In the light of above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. It is open for the respondents to consider the matter with regard to transfer of the petitioner at the time of general transfers, as may be permissible in law. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
