Heard both the parties. This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the husband in this Court pursuant to order dated 07.09.2022 in writ petition. The applicant is wife and respondent-husband was directed to deposit amount towards part payment of interim maintenance. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed off.
