After consuming some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners convinced that no relief as such can be granted by this Court, since there are various disputed questions of facts and there was dispute about apportionment of land. 2.

The Land Acquisition Officer has correctly sent the matter to the Civil Court and civil suit was pending. However, instead of pursuing the matter before the Civil Court as a routine course, the writ petition is filed and sought various orders, which do not fall under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

When this court expressed its disinclination to grant relief as prayed for, the learned counsel for the petitioners as usual seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. The amount has already been sent to the Civil Court. The parties have to establish their individual rights by taking appropriate steps. The petitioners are at liberty to pursue the matter before the competent Court of law. Leave granted to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. [SHAILESH P.
