This court had taken a note of the fact that he has not produced complete charge sheet and therefore, there was direction to file complete charge sheet and it was conditional order. Then when the matter was not board, it was taken on board upon mentioning and then he sought time to file charge sheet. However, even to comply with that order, he was sufficient time. Now ultimately, copy of the charge sheet has been produced but learned advocate for the applicant is absent without assigning any reason. The application stands dismissed.
