Heard learned counsel for the applicant Acquiring Body.

This is an application for stay to the execution and implementation of the award passed by the Reference Court.

In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of applicant- Acquiring Body, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed subject to condition that the appellant Acquiring Body shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the Reference Court, alongwith interest accrued thereon in this appeal, within a period of twelve weeks from today, failure to which, the stay 1/2

It is to be noted that the applicant Acquiring Body shall take the matter serious and complied with order scrupulously. The civil application for stay stands disposed of accordingly.
