Heard. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for all the respondents.

Mr. Barde, learned counsel submits that proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.3 as a Lab Attendant was submitted. The same was returned on the ground of deficiencies. The said deficiencies have been complied and it has been re-submitted (Annexure 'A'). The same is pending.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case said proposal is pending respondent no.3 would decide the same on its own merits.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.3 as Lab Attendant (Annexure 'A') is pending with respondent no. 3, then respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months from today.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
