By this Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending since August, 2019 be directed to decide expeditiously.

Since the petitioner has received Show Cause Notice dated 14.11.2025 issued by the employer of the petitioner calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why the services of the petitioner shall not be terminated for non-submission of caste validity certificate, we direct that till the decision of the caste claim of the petitioner, the employer of the petitioner shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner.

We direct Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the caste claim Narwade/

969-wp-14064-2025.odt of the petitioner within a period of three (3) months from today. 5.

It is made clear that the protection granted by this Court will operate only till the caste claim of the petitioner is decided. 6.
