Perused the record and proceedings. The present C.A. is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.3A i.e. Sattar Ibrahim Shaikh. It has mainly contended by the appliclant that It is argued that the respondent no.3A i.e. Sattar Ibrahim Shaikh died on 23rd September 2015. The present CA is filed on 18th December 2015. Copy of death certified filed on record shows that Sk.Abdul Sattar Ibrahim died on 23rd September 2015. There is no contest to this application. CA is filed in time. Therefore, I find no difficulty to allow the CA and pass following order. C.A. No.17066/2015 is hereby allowed. The applicant is permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.3A i.e. Sattar Ibrahim Shaikh. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within the period of limitation.
