Petitioner No.1 is challenging the decision of the Education Officer, Secondary refusing to grant approval to his appointment as a Teacher.

In the light of the fact that the grievance forum is created and available under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to resort to the forum.

The Authority shall not refuse to entertain the applications/petitions filed within 2 weeks, on the ground of limitation prescribed under that Government Resolution.
