Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicants refers to the contents of the civil application and particularly to that grand daughter of applicant no. 1 had been suffering from kidney disorder and in the circumstances there is delay of 192 days caused in filing the second appeal.

Learned counsel for respondent though purports to resist the application, however, has not been able to challenge veracity of the contents of the application and the reasons given.
