By this application, applicant seeks to condone delay of 36 days caused in filing Appeal.

Perused reasons as stated in application. The delay appears to have been caused on account of administrative exigency. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone delay. Hence, following order:
