IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY,

BENCH AT AURANGABAD CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO.6888 OF 2015 Sk. Lateef Nadim s/o Sk. Maheboob, Age 20 years, Occu. Labour, R/o Rahmatnagar, Degloor Naka, Nanded, Taluka and Dist. Nanded ..Applicant

Versus

The State of Maharashtra through Police Inspector, Loha Police Station, Loha, District Nanded ..Respondent Mr S.C. Bhosle, Advocate for applicant Mr M.B. Bharaswadkar, A.P.P. for respondent CORAM : N.W. SAMBRE, J.

DATE : 12th January 2016 PER COURT Heard.

2.

The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.55 of 2015, registered on 16th July 2015 at Police Station, Loha, District Nanded, for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant would urge that the investigation in the matter is already complete and further detention of applicant is of hardly any consequence. He would then urge that the applicant is falsely implicated in the crime in question. He would further urge that after the alleged incident of robbery, the vehicle in question was driven by the cleaner towards Nanded direction and as such, the applicant is noway concerned with the incident in question.

Cri.Appln.No.6888/2015 4.

Having perused the charge-sheet, it is noted that there are criminal antecedents against the present applicant. Apart from above, the investigation depicts prima facie involvement of the applicant in the serious crime in question. In this background, in my opinion, no case for grant of bail is made out. As such, Criminal Application fails, stands rejected.
