This matter was heard for some time. The learned Advocate Shri Palodkar places on record certain voluminous documents alongwith index (571 pages). The same is taken on record. Since we found a wide compass of disputed questions, we expressed our disinclination. 2.

The Petitioner, in person, who has been permitted to address the Court by the Committee of the learned Registrars vide report dated 06.11.2023, desires to withdraw this Petition and submits that if she desires, she may file a Public Interest Litigation against all encroachments in Deolai, Satara, Garkheda areas. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
