It transpires that the interim relief had been granted subject to the condition of deposit of amount awarded by reference Court in the High Court within the period stipulated in the order dated 11.08.2017 of civil application no.15760/2011. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the amount is not yet deposited.

Learned counsel for the respondent wants to verify the position.

If the amount is not deposited, the same shall be deposited in a further period of 8 weeks from today and period of deposit, shall be deemed to be extended accordingly. In case the amount is not deposited in extended period interim relief which is considered to be operating shall cease to operate after extended period without further reference to the Court.
