Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondents No. 1 to 3. Despite service, no one has caused appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4-owner of the offending vehicle. 2.

Perused the application. The matter pertains to motor accident claim filed by respondents No. 1 to 3 original claimants for compensation. The learned Tribunal granted compensation of Rs.50,000/- against "No fault liability". The said ordered is impugned in this appeal, but there is delay of 60 days in filing the first appeal 3.

Considering the nature of subject-matter and reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to condone the delay. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The delay of 60 days caused in preferring the appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Tribunal is hereby condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for further process. 4.

Civil Application is allowed in above terms and stands disposed of.
