By this application, a prayer is made to grant permission on bring on record LRS of deceased original claimant who expired after delivery fo judgment by the Tribunal. There is a delay of 289 days. Payer is also made to condone the delay of 280 days caused in filing the application.

Considering submissions advanced and reasons stated in the application, the same deserves to be allowed. Accordingly it is allowed. Delay is condoned. Advocate for appellant shall carry necessary amendment in the appeal incorporating name of LRs of respondent No.1. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. 4.
