The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners invited our attention to the various orders passed by this Court relying upon the interim order dated 28.12.2015 passed in these Writ Petitions.

In the circumstances, we confirm the interim order dated 28 th December, 2015 passed by the Vacation Court (Coram : P.R. BORA, J). In continuation of the interim order dated th December, 2015, we direct the respondents to consider the pending proposals of the petitioners from the stage where those are pending.
