The learned Counsel for petitioners submit that against the orders impugned in the present petitions, appeals are already filed and petitioners would restrict present petitions to the extent of seeking directions against the respondent i.e. Sub-Divisional Officer, Shirdi [Taluka : Rahata, District : Ahmednagar] to decide said appeals expeditiously.

We have heard Mr. Choudhari and Mr. Sonavane, the learned Counsel for respective petitioners and Mr. Morampalle, the learned Asst. Government Pleader for respondents.

Considering the aforesaid submission, we direct the

No. 12415 of 2015 with respondent i.e. Sub-Divisional Officer, Shirdi, to decide appeals filed by the petitioners, on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today. It is made clear that we have not considered the contentions of the respective parties on merits. All contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

With the above directions, Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
