Heard learned Advocate Mr. Ghanekar for applicant in Criminal Application No. 346 of 2023, learned Advocate Mr. N.E. Deshmukh for applicant in Criminal Application No. 4102 of 2023, learned A.P.P Mr. Kulkarni for the State and Advocate Miss. Yugandara Namde for respondent No.2, who came to be appointed to represent the cause of respondent No.2.

After hearing the parties and expressing disinclination to grant any relief to the applicants in both the applications, both learned Advocates for the applicants; upon instructions from their respective clients, seek withdrawal of the applications. 3.
