Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the respondent insurer. Considering the challenge raised to the judgment and award, passed by the Tribunal, the applicants original claimants 1 and 3 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before this Court, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application is disposed of.

The remaining amount shall be invested in any nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and the fixed deposits be renewed thereafter until further orders.
