The Applicant prays for condonation of 10 days delay in filing this Civil Application seeking the quashing of the order of the learned Registrar dated 28.11.2016, by which, the Writ Petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 10 days is condoned.

Since the Applicant is an Engineering Industry, costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) is imposed which the Applicant shall deposit with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad Bench, Aurangabad on or before 12.01.2018. All office objections shall be removed on or before 12.01.2018.

*2* 906wp15236o17 If the above directions are complied with, the order of the Registrar dated 28.11.2016 shall stand recalled, the petition shall be registered and shall then be listed for admission on 17.01.2018. If either of the above directions is not complied with, this order shall stand recalled, the Civil Application shall stand rejected and the order of the Registrar shall then be made effective from 15.01.2018. kps (RAVINDRA V.
