Perused the petition. The following order would meet the ends of justice. The respondent No.4 Committee is directed to decide the petitioner's tribe claim within six months from today. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed not to take any coercive

wp12361.15 action and not to stop the petitioner for appearing examination only on the ground of non production of tribe certificate till the claim is decided as directed above.

If the decision of the Caste Scrutiny Committee goes against the petitioner, the petitioner shall pay the entire education fee to the respondent college.
