By this Civil Application, the Applicants pray for leave to file certain documents on record.

The learned Advocate for the Respondents strenuously opposed the application and submits that it should be rejected with heavy costs.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The Applicants shall produce the documents on record on or before 12.01.2018, failing which, liberty to file the documents shall stand vacated.

After the documents are filed on record, the Respondents would be at liberty to file their affidavit in reply on or before 25.01.2018. Thereafter, the matter be listed for admission on 31.01.2018. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
