Heard learned counsel for the applicant - Acquiring Body as well as learned AGP for co applicants No. 2 and 3 and learned counsel for respondents - original claimants.

It has been submitted on behalf of learned counsel for applicantAcquiring Body that entire decreetal amount awarded by the learned Reference Court has already been deposited in this Court. So also, most of the part, out of the deposited amount has been withdrawn by the respondents-original claimants. Learned counsel for respondentsoriginal claimants has also not disputed the said fact. 3.

In view of aforesaid submissions, there is no impediment to grant stay to the execution and implementation of impugned award passed by the learned Reference Court. As such, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
