Heard Mr Panpatte, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

As the limited grievance is raised in respect of non decision on the proposal submitted to the Education Officer, dated 11th September, 2018, in our opinion, the petition can safely be disposed of with directions to respondents -authorities and more particularly respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon. 3.

The facts, which would be relevant for disposing of the present petition are, the petitioners were appointed on 17th June, 2018 in respondent No.6 - School. The proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioners is submitted to the Education officer by respondent No.6 - School. Reliance is placed on the Government Resolution dated 4th April, 2018, which is placed on record at Exh.'F'.

In view of aforesaid facts, respondent No.4 - Education officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon is directed to decide the proposal dated 11th September, 2018, needless to state on the merits of the proposal and on

(3) the backdrop of the Government Resolution dated 4th April, 2018, as early as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of the order of this Court.
