Learned Addl. G.P. raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In light of the above, Mr. Mane, learned Counsel for the petitioner, though sought to canvass the submission on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All the contentions are kept open. Interim

(2) WP No.14179/2017 relief granted by this Court shall continue for a period of 15 days from today. On lapse of two weeks, the interim relief granted by this Court shall come to an end.
