The applicants seek to bring legal heirs of original claimant No. 1 Kalyan Ramrao Patil on record. The application is in time. It is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Both the parties shall be permitted to carryout the amendment.

The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body informs that few matters from the same acquisition proceedings are posted for final hearing after vacation. The remaining matters along with present appeal shall also be posted on the same date.
