The grievance is that though the matter is settled in LokAdalat the amount of compensation is not yet paid. 2.

The affidavits are filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submitting that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have made demand for enhanced compensation to respondent No. 4 on 8.4.2017 and also on 6.12.2017.

Considering that the matters are settled in Lok-Adalat it will be obligatory on the part of the respondents to pay the amount as agreed upon in the Lok-Adalat.

The respondents shall make the payment as admissible as per the settlement in Lok-Adalat expeditiously and preferably within eight (8) months.
