Having considered the submissions so made, following order is passed, -

ORDER

i.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw 40% of the deposited amount along with interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar of this Court. Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of one year and if so required, till disposal of the appeal.

ii.

CA for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
