The present application is filed for quashing R. T. C. No. 38 of 2013 pending with J. M. F. C., Shevgaon for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Narwade, the learned counsel submits that, the parties have settled the matter and affidavit to that effect is filed by the applicants and the respondent No. 2.

Mr. Bide, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 accepts the said fact. The respondent No. 2 is present before the Court. She is identified by her advocate Mr. Bide. The respondent No. 2 admits the contents of the affidavit filed. It is submitted in the affidavit that, she does not have any grudge now against the applicants. They have settled the dispute amicably and that she does not want to proceed with the complaint.

Considering the above, with the view to avoid the disharmony and maintain peaceful relations we accept the said settlement.

In light of the above, proceedings R. T. C. No. 38 of 2013 pursuant to Crime No. I - 12 of 2013 pending before the J. M. F. C., Shevgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code is quashed and set aside.
