Filing of this Contempt Petition even before expiry of six months from passing of the order by this Court on 9th August, 2017 is premature. This Court while disposing of the Writ Petition No. 10932 of 2016 (Krishna S/o Parbhat Thokal V/s The State of Maharashtra and others) in para 3 observed thus :- "3.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the petition, by directing

704.17CP the respondent - Corporation to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the aforesaid proposal in the next General Body meeting and communicate the said to the petitioner. We expect that the decision as aforesaid shall be taken by General Body within a period of six months from the date of receipt of proposal."

In that view of the matter, Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
