1] The petitioners' grievance is that though they had given three choices for posting where they should be posted, their request for choice was not accepted and they have been posted elsewhere on the ground that no posts are available at that place. The petitioners, however, have joined at the place where they have been posted. Their grievance is that atleast next year, if the posts are available at any of these three places, their request may be considered.

WP 12709/16 - 2 - 2] It is not in dispute that the Government servant has a right to give three choices for posting. Since the posts were not available, their request for transfer to these three places seems to have been rejected. 3] We, therefore, direct the respondent nos.2 and 3 that in the event next year the posts are available at these three places, the petitioners' case may be considered sympathetically and their representations shall be decided expeditiously.

4] With these directions, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
